Barbara A. Watzke is a native of  New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before attending Loyola University School of Law where she graduated in 1984 with a Juris Doctor. She was admitted to practice in Louisiana  in 1984 and has practiced in St. Tammany and surrounding Parishes since that time.

 

Mrs. Watzke is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana as well as the United States District Court, Eastern and Middle Districts, and the United States Court of Appeal, Fifth District.

 

 Mrs. Watzke is married to Leon L. Watzke, Jr. They have three children, Caitlin, Michael and Jennifer. They have lived on the Northshore in Slidell, Louisiana, since 1989. She is actively involved in charitable, community and civic organizations.  Mrs. Watzke is particularly strong in personal injurylaw and  matters and litigation involving medical issues as she is a former registered nurse. She strives to provide the highest quality legal services and timely communication with her clients.
